I will go into details of how I will achieve my goals as well the challenges that come along the way (and yes, there will be challenges). In this blog, I am going to share with you my journey to realizing my dreams and to become happy and fulfilled in all areas of my life. I made the decision to never settle for anything less than what I deserve and live a life of fulfillment, joy and happiness. I too reached a point in my life, where after experiencing the frustration of defeat in different areas of my life, I made a conscious decision to reconstruct my life and become the man I really desire to be. For some, it will be a much longer transformation, but it is imperative that it does begin. However, that does not - and cannot - happen overnight. If on the other hand, despite being knocked to the ground, being emotionally bruised and scarred, we choose to get up, rise onto our feet and push against the demons of our negative thoughts, we create a new version of ourselves.A more stronger, more liberated and more tenacious being, that rises up from the ashes of our old self.
If we allow the feelings of pain and hopelessness to knock us down, and let it climb onto our chests, we will live a miserable existence. And the person you ultimately become is dependent on how you deal with this challenging time, in how you face this monster of anxiety and despair. There comes a time in everyone's lives when they are faced with uncertainty, fear and a lot of pain.
